- This Contest is open to all participants who are (i) aged 18 years old and above, (ii) residing in Singapore and (iii) not employees of BRAND'S Suntory Asia or its advertising agencies nor immediate family members of such employees.
- Referrals with invalid or incomplete information will be disqualified. BRAND'S Suntory Asia shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this contest, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, any error in any computer system or equipment or any lost or delayed entries.
- Winners will be contacted via telephone by BRAND'S Suntory Asia to verify eligibility.
- BRAND'S Suntory Asia's decision(s) on matters, including without limit, all winners are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products in part or in full.
- Your participation in this contest is voluntary. If you do not agree to anything in these terms and conditions, you can choose not to take part.
- If you choose to take part in this contest, we will collect your personal information, such as your full name, email address and telephone number, for the purpose of verifying your identity (only if you are selected as a Winner). The personal information you provide to us will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the contest and receipt of any Prize.
- BRAND'S Suntory Asia does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, suitability of use and quality of any prize(s) and does not accept any liability in respect of such prize(s).
- BRAND'S Suntory Asia reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with other(s) of similar value should the prize(s) be unavailable for any reason.
- Contest period is from 1st Dec 2020, 00:00 to 31st Dec 2020, 23:59.
- Final tabulation will be done in Jan 2021 to ensure that referral orders which are made during contest period are counted towards your total count on referrals for the month.
